Private Chef Services

Meals partially prepared off-site and finished fresh in your home or residence. All experiences are welcome: a romantic birthday brunch from the comfort of your own home, perhaps? How about impressing your family and friends with show-stopping grazing tables or a multi-course meal, while not having to worry about being busy in the kitchen? From champagne and caviar to comforting yet classy, no occasion (or kitchen!) is too big or small.

Event Catering

A culinary experience tailored for your group. Corporate parties, cocktails & canapés, engagement parties, and weddings, the food being served can elevate the atmosphere of an entire event. Delivery or on-site preparations available. Chef Emily brings her extensive experience with VIP and clients and elaborate affairs to take the pressure off you; let her handle the food and logistics while you focus on your event!

Meal Prep Delivery

Heat & eat: wholesome, balanced meals customized to your preferences, packaged and delivered to your home on a one-off or ongoing basis. A week of grab & go breakfasts, packed lunches and wholesome snacks, or a freezer stocked with hearty soups and stews. A minimum of 5 meals per delivery is requested for this service.

Recipe Testing, Writing, and Development

Chef Emily offers experience from years in professional kitchens spent writing, refining, and perfecting recipes. Current work includes recipe testing, writing, and development for renowned cookbook author and food blogger, Omnivore’s Cookbook.

Pastry Consulting

Need help developing a pastry or dessert program for your food service establishment? From menu development, R&D, inventory and ordering, to staff training, Chef Emily’s diverse experience in small bakeries to corporate restaurants can help optimize the sweetest version of your operation.
